November through February is GREAT P1 beginner towing. Get to 2 to 3 thousand feet above the ground to have lots of airtime to learn descent techniques, pitch control, steep bank turns, riser twists and a whole lot of flying you can’t learn on a small training hill.
October, November, March and April IN PHOENIX AREA are the months for beginners in training, acro pilots and XC pilots to schedule a day to go big. We tow until it hits 100 Farenheit around Phoenix.
Then in June, July, August and September we will be towing in Payson and Wickenburg area.
Get those high tows in, throw some acro, pin off to go XC or just take a sunset flight. Beginners tow early AM and the rest show up for mid day XC fun. Best bet is to make a plan with your flock, contact to schedule and come have some fun.
Three tow techs, two tow trucks with two state of the art tow winches and tow operations run right means a safe atmosphere, a great experience and a whole lot of fun.

This year we had P1-P3 pilot’s in Pie De Chinch the 4th through 14th and P3 and P4 pilots in Roldanillo the 15th through 26th. We weathered the storms, hiked in the rain, flew, drank too many Laluda’s and Guarapo, ate, flew and had an all around blast. Many pilots getting their personal bests once again. Pics and vids to follow. THANK YOU to the 11 pilots that made it this year!

The best of the three best tow competitions that sets the records for longest tasks set in the USA hosted by the legendary David Prentice AKA “Cuervo”. The comaraderie and his wild game feast at the awards ceremony alone is worth the entry fee! Just to give you an idea of why this is a world renowned free flying location, last year I flew over 100 miles two days in a row and still ended up 14th out of 36 pilots. SO MUCH FUN.
